b. A person expelled under the aforesaid Bye-Law shall not thereafter be eligible
to re-join the Club.

SUSPENSION OF MEMBERS

c. The Committee at their sole discretion may suspend any member, after or
without complying with the formalities mentioned in Bye-Law 12(a) above.

WITHDRAWAL OF PRIVILEGES

d. The Committee at their sole discretion may withdraw the privileges of the Club's
facilities from any member or guest for wilful breach of the Bye-Laws of the
Club or for conduct unbecoming of a member, after or without complying with
the formalities mentioned in the said Bye-Law 12(a) and such member upon
being notified in writing by the Secretary/Chief Executive, shall automatically
cease to be a member of the Club.

DECLARATION OF UNSUITABILITY OF INTRODUCTION AS A GUEST
(BAR AGAINST ADMISSION TO PREMISES/FUNCTIONS)

e. The Committee may also decide that any person against whom action has
been taken under this Bye-Law be declared as a person unsuitable for
introduction into or to utilise the Clubhouses, or participate in the Club's
functions.

GUESTS

f. Guests shall not be permitted to use the facilities of the Club except in
accordance with these Bye-Laws and at such times and conditions as may be
approved by the Executive Committee.

DECLARATION OF PERSONS AS UNSUITABLE TO BE INTRODUCED AS
GUESTS

g. The Executive Committee may declare any person as unsuitable to be
introduced as a guest. The person shall thereafter not be permitted into the
Clubhouses, nor shall he be introduced as a guest by any member of the Club.

WITHDRAWAL OF FACILITIES OF THE CLUB FROM ANY GUEST

h. The Management may at any time withdraw any or all facilities of the Club from
any guest without stating their reason therefor.
