membership@csc.sg
. Please remember to indicate your name and nric on the back of the photograph if you are sending it by post.
The minimum commitment for CSC membership is 12 months.
All resignation must be given in written, two months' notice in advance. Please note that there will be no refund for any payment made in advance upon resignation
The Club has the rights to pursue me for any outstanding fees owing to the Club, for any unsuccessful deduction, by any method of payment.
For Ordinary Membership: I authorized the Civil Service Club to instruct my Payroll Department/Accountant-General's Department to deduct my subscription of *$3/$6 per month from my salary.
