Latest measures at CSC Clubhouses and Chalets

Following the announcement by the Multi-Ministry Task force on 4 May 2021, the following changes will be implemented from 8 May to 30 May 2021 unless otherwise stated:


1. The maximum number of pax for social group gatherings, including chalet occupancy is 5.
2. All wading and play pools will be closed. This includes water slide, lazy river and Jacuzzi. The wave pool and infinity pool will operate with disabled wave and Jacuzzi functions.
3. All BBQ activities are not allowed.
4. All gyms and fitness or yoga studios will be closed.
5. All physical STAR Games tournaments will be suspended till further notice.
6. The use of the TraceTogether (TT) app or token for checking in will be mandatory from 17 May onwards.

Social Events and Activities

In addition to our ongoing online classes, CSC has progressively resumed social activities and classes. Activities and classes will be conducted in compliance with safe distancing measures in force. Visit www.csc.sg/events for updates.  

• Physical distancing to be followed strictly at all times: 
• 2m between participants and 3m between different groups. 
• 3m between participants when engaging in indoor high movement exercises.
• All instructors will wear face shields or masks during the session, ejxcept during strenuous or static exercises. All instructors will observe physical distancing from participants
• Group limit stipulated under the prevailing SMM is to be adhered to at all times. There should be no interaction between different groups at all times.
• Participants are encouraged to bring own equipment where applicable. Please sanitise shared equipment before and after use.
• Avoid touching your face with your hands. Please wash or sanitise your hands before and after a session.
• It is compulsory to wear a face mask at all times except when doing strenuous or static exercises.

STAR Games

(Organised by CSC Sports Department)  

STAR Games which require physical gathering of participants will be suspended till further notice due to safe distancing measures in force. The Club is working on organising Virtual Games for the time being.

• Temperature taking is required before entry to clubhouse and facilities

• Civil Service Club reserves the right to turn away or cease the activity of any member or guest for any breach or non-compliance of the Club’s Covid-19 guidelines or the restrictions imposed by Ministry of Health or any other regulatory bodies. Any breach or non-compliance will be liable to disciplinary action and/or referred to the authorities.

• The Children’s Pool and Jacuzzi will be closed till 30 May 2021. The lap pool will continue to remain open.

• Limited number of swimmers at any one time. A time limit of 1 hour per swimmer will be imposed. 
• Mask must be worn when out of the swimming pool and in the changing room, except when showering
• Swimmers are to leave the pool area immediately after their session
• A manual queue system will be used to manage the usage
• Please practise good personal hygiene. Spitting, spouting or blowing of nose in the pool is not allowed.

Sports Facilities (Badminton and Tennis Courts, Table Tennis)

• Members booking the courts must be present for play and produce a valid membership card/ virtual membership card via CSC app for verification purposes. 

• A member is entitled to introduce up to 3 guests at any one time, and guests shall be signed in before commencement of play. 

• Group limit stipulated under the prevailing SMM is to be adhered to at all times. However, only a maximum of four (4) players can be playing within each court at any one time. The remaining players should wait outside the court and adhere to safe distancing. 

• Access to the hall/courts are strictly for players only. 

• There should be no mingling among players of different groups across courts. 

• Masks are to be worn at all times, except while playing on the courts. 

• Players should not enter the hall/courts before their booking time. The next group of players will only be granted access once the hall/court has been vacated by the previous players. 

• Players should exit the court promptly after their session. No loitering or waiting is allowed. 

 

For Badminton and Tennis Only 

• Wristbands will be issued to the members booking the courts. 

• Issued wristbands are non-transferable, and must be worn at all times during the session.

Planet Bowl 

(Bowling Center)

Open

Pre-bookings are advised to ensure lane availability. 
• Lanes are available on first come first served basis. 
• Only a maximum of six (6) bowlers are allowed to a pair of lanes. Bowlers are to stay in their respective lanes. No switching of lanes and mixing between lanes are allowed. 
• Non-bowlers are not allowed on the lanes. Adults accompanying young bowlers (below age of 12) will be allowed.
• Keep 2m safe distancing between bowlers and 3m between each group
• Bowlers are to exit promptly after their session. No loitering or waiting is allowed. Bowlers may still visit the bowling cafι or pro-shop.
• Please practise good general hygiene. Sanitise or wash your hands before and after the bowling session
• Face masks are to be worn at all times.

• The current maximum occupancy limit for all chalet types is 5 throughout the entire stay period. (This is subject to change, please check prevailing SMM rules / Chalet office for more info)
• Chalets are to be used for staycation purpose only. Weddings and events are currently not allowed. 
• No intermingling of guests between different units is allowed during the stay.
• BBQ activities are not allowed until 30 May 21
• Resumption of BBQ activities is subject to the guidelines of the Multi-Ministry Task Force. If resumed after 30 May 21, BBQ pits are to operate with SMM in place (only registered chalet stayers are allowed to enjoy the BBQ pit). Fairy Point 6 & 7 were not occupied by PUQs throughout its period of activation. The Club have undergone sanitisation and internal upgrading works prior to reopening.

All other chalets at CSC @ Changi ll are closed till further notice

The other chalets at CSC @ Changi ll are still activated as a Government Quarantine Facility (GQF).
