STAR Games

STAR Games which require physical gathering of participants will be suspended till further notice due to safe distancing measures in force. The Club is working on organising Virtual Games for the time being

• Civil Service Club reserves the right to turn away or cease the activity by any member or guest for any breach or non-compliance of the Club’s Covid-19 guidelines or the restrictions imposed by Ministry of Health or any other regulatory bodies. Any breach or non-compliance will be liable to disciplinary action and/or referred to the authorities.

• Limited users at any one time. A time limit of 1 hour per swimmer will be imposed. 

• Mask must be worn when out of the swimming pool and in the changing room, except when showering. 

• Swimmers are to leave the pool area immediately after their session. 

• A manual queue system will be used to manage the usage.

Sports Facilities (Badminton and Tennis Courts, Table Tennis)

Open

• Members booking the courts must be present for play and produce a valid membership card/ virtual membership card via CSC app for verification purposes. 

• A member shall be entitled to introduce up to 3 guests at any one time, and guests shall be signed in before commencement of play. 

• Only a maximum of five (5) players are allowed per booking. For 5 players booking, at least 2 of the players must be club members. However, only a maximum of four (4) players can be playing within each court at any one time. If there are five persons within the group, the fifth (5th) player should wait outside the court and adhere to safe distancing. 

• Access to the hall/courts are strictly for players only. 

• There should be no mingling among players of different groups across courts. • Masks are to be worn at all times, except while playing on the courts. 

• Players should not enter the hall/courts before their booking time. The next group of players will only be granted access once the hall/court has been vacated by the previous players. 

• Players should exit the court promptly after their session. No loitering or waiting is allowed. 

 

For Badminton Only 

• Wristbands will be issued to the members booking the courts. 

• Issued wristbands are non-transferable, and must be worn at all times during the session.

Planet Bowl 

(Bowling Center)

• Lanes are available on first come first served basis. 

• Up to 5 persons per pair of lanes. Bowlers are to stay in their respective lanes. No switching of lanes and mixing between lanes are allowed.

• A maximum of 5 persons (including children) are allowed in each chalet unit, regardless of chalet type. 

• The 5 persons must be registered and they are not interchangeable. 

• Face masks must be worn at all times when outside the chalet unit. 

• Staggered timings will be allocated for check-ins/check-outs and only one representative is allowed to process the check-ins/check-outs at the Front Office. • BBQ is temporarily not allowed except for Villas (gas-operated BBQ pit).
