Breath Meditation

Meditation is used as a means of recollection and restoration, and Breath and Body are interconnected. Generally, breathing meditation allows you to calm the mind and develop inner serenity. We can use breathing meditation on its own, or as a preliminary practice to reduce our distractions before engaging in deeper meditation.
