Yoga practice not only helps to calm your body and mind, it can also help to boost your immunity. Relax your mind and rejuvenate your body with simple and effective yoga workouts at home.

 

Please take note of the following to prepare well for the class:

1) Please avoid meals before the class. The last meal you take should be in small portion at least two hours prior to yoga practice.

2) Please prepare yoga mat or a bath towel for the class.

3) Please log in to Zoom 15 minutes before the class via the link in the confirmation email. Please ensure your Zoom username is the same as the registered name for attendance taking purpose.

4) In case you are not well, please do not participate in the session. Kindly consult your doctor in case of any medical problem before attending this yoga session.

5) Both Civil Service Club, Vyasa Yoga and the instructors are not liable for any injury or aggravation of health problems etc. and your discretion is advised in case you are not fit to perform some or all yoga postures.
