• Vouchers will be void upon expiry and strictly no refunds or revalidation of expiring/expired vouchers.
• This movie voucher does not guarantee seating and can be exchanged for one (1) movie ticket at any of Shaw Theatres’ Box Office in Singapore only.
• This movie voucher is not valid for 3D, IMAX, Shaw Theatres premiere, Shaw Theatres Lumiere, Dreamers, and other ad hoc premium priced films i.e. Hindi/Tamil movies, Film Festivals, Movie Marathons or Movie Premieres.
• Not valid for internet, mobile or corporate bookings.
• Not more than 20 vouchers can be exchanged at the box office at any one time.
• This movie voucher is strictly not for resale.
• No refund will be given and this movie voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd & Civil Service Club will not be responsible for any lost or stolen voucher.
• This movie voucher is void upon expiry or when stated movie title ends its run.
• Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd does not accept any damaged or defaced movie vouchers and no compensation, replacement or refund will be given.
• Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd does not accept expired vouchers and strictly no revalidation is allowed.
• Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd & Civil Service Club reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary any of these terms and conditions, at any time, at its absolute discretion.
• In the event of dispute, Shaw Theatres Pte Ltd & Civil Service Club's decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
