Piloxing® is unique blend of lengthening pilates, strengthening boxing and dance moves that keep your pulse high. The aim is to achieve stronger, longer and leaner muscles as well as improve flexibility, better muscle control and better coordination.

Piloxing® is unique blend of lengthening pilates, strengthening boxing and dance moves that keep your pulse high. The aim is to achieve stronger, longer and leaner muscles as well as improve flexibility, better muscle control and better coordination.

The instructor is Ms May Foo who is an certified Group Exercise Instructor of AFAA Aerobics Fitness Association of America. She is a passionate instructor and is actively teaching PILOXING Booty Builder and PILOXING BARRE. She is also is one of the few Elite STAR Piloxing Coach in Singapore, having passed the strict assessment by Piloxing Academy in the USA.

Programme is as follows:  

* Dynamic Warm-up (10 minutes)
* Main Workout (40 Minutes)
* Cool down stretch (10 minutes)

 

Please take note of the following to prepare well for the class:

 

1) Please log in to Zoom 15 minutes before the class via the link in the confirmation email. Please ensure your Zoom username is the same as the registered name for attendance taking purpose.

2) In case you are not well, please do not participate in the session.

3) Both Civil Service Club and the instructors are not liable for any injury or aggravation of health problems etc. and your discretion is advised in case you are not fit to perform some or all postures.
