Back by popular demand, this bodyweight circuit class will help you to achieve the best possible workout by using simple everyday household items as weights. • Stretch and warm up (10 mins) • Main circuit (20 mins)• Tabata workout (5 mins)• Core workout and cool down stretch (15 mins)


More Details:

Please take note of the following to prepare well for the class:

1) It is recommended that participant access the online class on Zoom using their PC/Laptop for the best practice experience. (mobile phone and tablet is not recommended).

2) Please log in to Zoom 15 minutes before the class via the link in the confirmation email. Please ensure your Zoom username is the same as the registered name for attendance taking purpose.
