CSC HATHA YOGA BY KRISTINE TEO SHU WAN (ONLINE-ZOOM) 

We are pleased to invite staff from your agency to participate in the CSC Hatha Yoga (Online – Zoom) which will be held on Friday, 10 January 2025 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. The event is open only to CSC members and Public Service Officers free-of-charge.

Hatha Yoga involves the practice of physical postures in conjunction with awareness of the breath to help develop mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and spirit. This popular form of yoga uses the body to clear the mind and reach profound moments of spiritual clarity, unifying the mind, body, and soul. Kristine is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist. She will be sharing her knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda and wellness to improve one’s physical and mental health.

Sports Liaison Officers can register their participant(s) online at http://www.csc.sg/stargames/. Online registration will be closed on Tuesday, 7 January 2025. The Zoom link to stream the workout and instructions will be disseminated via email to successful applicants after the closing date.

Registrants must be medically fit to take part in the workout. If unsure, they are to seek medical advice from their doctors. Participants take part in the workout at their own risk. The Civil Service Club and the instructors are not responsible for any injuries or medical complications suffered by participants taking part in the workout.
