16 Appointments of Chairman and Members of Committees, Sub-Committees and Ad-
hoc Committees

(1) The Executive Committees shall appoint the Chairman of the Committees.

(2) The Executive Committee on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Committees
shall appoint the members of the Committees, Sub-Committees and Ad-hoc Committees.

(3) The Chairman and members of the Committees, Sub-Committees and Ad-hoc Committees
shall each hold office for 3 years and they shall be eligible for re-appointment.

17 Board of Games

(1) The Chairman of the Board of Games shall approve appointments of Convenors and
Assistant Convenors for the various sports and games organized by the Club.

(2) The Board of Games shall formulate policies and guidelines on the inter-agency games
organised by the Club.

(3) The Honorary Treasurer, the Chief Executive and the Director, Sports shall be ex officio
members of the Board.

(4) The Board of Games shall be responsible for reviewing the annual sports budget and setting
targets for the inter-agency games organised by the Club.

18 Honorary Treasurer

The Honorary Treasurer shall:

(a) oversee the financial matters of the Club;

(b) submit quarterly financial statements at the Executive Committee meetings; and

(c) submit audited annual financial statements to the Board of Governors by 31 August of
each year.
