b. If a member has utilized the maximum number of sessions of bookings permitted
per week, but 24 hours before commencement of play, a particular table has not
been booked and is available, he/she may book the table.

3. Bookings by members will be accepted on a "first-come-first-served" basis.

4. The Management may at any time, by notification on the Clubhouse Notice
Boards, reserve all the tables for the purpose of holding tournaments, Inter-Club
matches or for Club functions.

5. Players shall bring their own bats and balls.

6. Only non-marking rubber-soled shoes shall be worn during play.

7. Players who use a table without prior booking shall be liable to pay 3 times the
booking charges.

TENNIS

1. The tennis courts are open to members and their guests.

2a. The courts may be booked by members not more than 8 days before the day of
play and not more than 2 sessions in a day by any one member up to a
maximum of 6 sessions in any 7 days. Please refer to website for details on the
timings for booking.

b. If a member has utilized the maximum number of sessions of bookings
permitted per week, but 24 hours before commencement of play, a particular
court has not been booked and is available, he/she may book the court.

3. Bookings shall be made personally, or through the internet or through an
authorized proxy. The membership card must be produced at the time of
booking. Bookings shall be accepted on a "first-come-first-served" basis.
However, the Board of Governors and Executive Committee shall have priority in
the booking of facilities.

4. Double session bookings shall not be allowed as per timing stated on the
website.

5. The Management may at any time, by notification on the Clubhouse Notice
Boards, reserve all or any of the courts, on any day for the purpose of holding
tournaments or Inter-Club matches.
