Public Service Friendly Bowling Competition
The Public Service Friendly Bowling Competition was held in conjunction
with the soft opening as well. Resort Bowl received its f rst customers,
some of whom were familiar faces. 20 bowling teams from the civil service
sector came to prove their mettle. Up for grabs were medals for the f rst-,
second-, and third-place teams.

Members of the Ministry of Education (MOE) team donned their signature
canary yellow tees and made their presence felt. They came in f rst for both
the team and individual categories. A total of 1,125 pins were collectively
knocked down by the players! Team members Jasper Chua and Glenda the MOE team certainly embodied that. Jasper remarked,
Quek also took home the Best Male and Best Female trophies respectively. We have been bowling together for several years, so we know one another
quite well. We often encourage and give one another advice during games.
Our intention of participating was to enjoy the experience of
bowling at this new alley. Winning was a bonus for all of us, said Glenda weighed in as well. I was really happy to win the Best Female title,
Jasper. The competition was a celebration of friendships, and but more importantly, I had fun bowling with my teammates!
