Introduction To Chi Running & Chi Walking
CHI is the life energy that connects the mind, spirit and body. Chi running and
walking will harness this power to promote relaxation, moving in alignment and
working with gravity. It is suitable for everybody as it makes us run or walk easily
and efficiently; reducing impact and injury risks. Learn it all from a certified coach
