For many of us, the last thing we want to do is exercise after a day of juggling deadlines and a full workload. That unfortunately is why our waistlines
keep expanding, and pencilling in a gym session is just not possible!
Since we spend a large part of the day at work, why not make time during off ce hours to get your heart rate up? They say the workplace is your second
home, so there is no need to feel embarrassed at all. Best of all, you need not pay any membership fees!
