BAkING WITH CheF AMy lee
Chef Amy Lee has been a pastry chef consultant for several years. Chef Amy has vast experience in pastry and confectionery work. She is also a
certif ed trainer for pastry, baking and confectionary. Her specialised workshops have been held for individuals and professionals. Additionally,
classes are conducted regularly for groups and corporations in Singapore.
AT CLUB CSC @ BUKIT BATOK
Her experience includes working in f ve-star hotels and large productions. She has managed to hone her skills under the guidance of European 2 AUGUST 2014
chefs. Thus, she is able to impart authentic skills and knowledge to her students. Apart from working in Singapore, she has also undertaken several
opening projects for factories and cafés in other countries. 10am – 5pm
