CSC POUND FITNESS WORKOUT

We are pleased to invite staff from your agency to participate in the online CSC Pound Fitness Workout which will be held on Friday, 19 April 2024 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. The event is open only to CSC members and Public Service Officers free-of-charge.

Pound Fitness provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The class is suitable for participants of all fitness level. Ms Irene Kang, the instructress, holds Piloxing Certificates in SSP, Knockout, Elites from Piloxing Academy LLC. She is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goal in a in a very fun, engaging and enjoyable way.

Sports Liaison Officers can register their participant(s) online at http://www.csc.sg/stargames/. Online registration will be closed on Tuesday, 16  April 2024. The Zoom link to stream the workout and instructions will be disseminated via email to successful applicants after the closing date.

Registrants must be medically fit to take part in the workout. If unsure, they are to seek medical advice from their doctors. Participants take part in the workout at their own risk. The Civil Service Club and the instructors are not responsible for any injuries or medical complications suffered by participants taking part in the workout.
