• An agency is allowed to submit a maximum of two entries per individual event and one team in each relay event.
• An agency is allowed to register two reserves for each relay event.  No reserve or substitute is allowed for individual event.
• A competitor is eligible to compete only in one Division.
• The competitor may compete in a maximum of 5 events: 3 individual and 2 relay events.

As the event is a championship STAR game, agencies are not allowed to register swimmers from other agencies. The agency must ensure that all the team members are eligible swimmers and comply with the rules. 

How to Register

Contact your Sports Liaison Officers / Convenors for registration. Registration of swimmers must be made online by uploading the completed registration template and Swimming Misc Form. All registration must be accompanied by online payment of $6 per swimmer registration fee (subject to prevailing GST rate) otherwise it will be void.

The drawing of lanes for relay events shall be held virtually on Tuesday, 29 July 2025 at 4pm (tentative) via Webex. The Webex link will be sent to team captains of participating agencies after closing date.
