CSC-PAssion Card, which also functions as an EZ-Link
card, our members will enjoy PAssion Card perks on top of all

Eligibility
Ordinary Membership is available to all civil servants and public officers serving in Statutory Boards, Institutions of Higher Learning, Government-Aided Schools and corporatised/privatised organisations of the Government whose shares are not public-listed. If you are not a public officer, check-out our Associate Membership or Social Membership.
Subscriptions

Division I to III officers - $6.00/month
- Division IV officers $3.00/month

General Guidelines in determining divisional status:
- Hospitals
Doctors, Nurses, Executive and Clerical staff are considered as Division I to III officers.

Statutory Boards
Executive and Clerical staff are considered as Division I to III officers.
- Uniform Groups
Corporal and above are considered as Division I to III officers.
L/Corporal and below are considered as Division IV officers.
Mode of Payment
The monthly subscription will be deducted through the officer's salary. This is necessary to ensure that the officer is still serving in the public sector, as CSC ordinary membership is open only to serving public officers.

Photograph
One (1) color passport-size photograph is needed. The photograph can either be submitted via post or attach as an JPEG file via email to

Subscriptions
The annual subscription is $300 per annum which is payable in advance at the time of application.

Eligibility
Limited number of Social Membership is open to those (21 years and above) who are not eligible for club membership.
Social Membership is subject to approval by the Club and the Club reserves the right to refuse an application for membership renewal without assigning any reason thereof or to suspend a member whose behaviour is considered unbecoming whilst in the Club's premises.
Social Members must be properly attired when they are in the clubhouse premises and to observe the rules and regulations of the Club. Social Members must produce their membership card with a valid stamp to use the facilities. In particular, a valid membership card is a requirement to access the Jackpot Room, to make jackpot claims and to play mahjong.
Subscriptions
Membership is non-transferable and is valid for one month only, and shall be issued upon approval of membership and payment of a monthly subscription of $5 and $1 administrative fee. Renewal of membership shall be on a monthly basis. Lost cards will be replaced
at $6 per card.
To submit your membership application
First time applicants are required to submit their membership application form together with their NRIC at the front office of our clubhouses. Monthly renewal stamps can be purchased from the Tessensohn Clubhouse Front Office from 9.30am to 9.00pm.Thereafter, the stamps are available at the Jackpot Room. For Changi and Bukit Batok Clubhouses, the stamps can be purchased from the Jackpot Room.
