What is the processing time upon signing up CSC Membership?
It will take 14 working days to process the membership. Processing will be delayed if we do not receive the documents required for application. (Refer here)
When can I start using the club facilities upon receiving the membership approval?
You can start using the club facilties upon receiving the membership approval confirmation email. You will be able to login to the members’ portal to access your virtual membership card. Supplementary membership cards are virtual. If you require physical supplementary membership card/s, a card fee of $10 is applicable.
How long do I have to wait for my CSC Membership card?
Your CSC membership card will be mailed out to you within 3 working days after you received our email confirmation. You will receive the card within 14 working days.
Can I cancel or transfer my membership?
Membership is strictly not transferable and there will be no refund for membership fees made in advance.
What if my membership card is damaged, lost or stolen?
If your membership card is lost or stolen, you may inform membership@csc.sg
To replace membership card, you can either do at any Clubhouse front office or through member's portal. An admin fee of $10 is applicable for each card.
What is myMember ID and reset Password?
- Step 1: Click here, click on ‘Forgot Member ID’
- Step 2: Enter your Email Address and Date of Birth, click ‘Submit’
- Step 3: You should receive your Member ID via email.

- Step 3: You should receive an email to reset your password.
Note: Check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive the email within 5 mins.
