Civil Service Club is a Social Club for Public Service Officers. Staff of Social Service Organisations and the general public are also welcome to join us as Associate Members.

Public Service Officers, Social Service Organisation staff (NCSS) and Singaporean & PR aged 21 and above can join Civil Service Club membership.

Ordinary Term

Full-time staff in any Ministry or Statutory Board are eligible for Ordinary Term Membership. Applicants shall submit either a copy of their staff pass or Civil Service Card to apply for Ordinary Term membership.

There are no difference in the benefits. All Membership types will enjoy the same benefits

What are the benefits of supplementary members?

Supplementary member will enjoy the similar benefits of main member except the followings:

1. Facilities booking only during off-peak hours
2. Discount at selected F&B outlets

There is no limit on the number of supplementary members you can register. Supplementary is only for spouse, parents, parents-in-law and children below 21 years.

What is the processing time upon signing up CSC Membership?

It will take 14 working days to process the membership. Processing will be delayed if we do not receive the documents required for application. (Refer here)

When can I start using the club facilities upon receiving the membership approval?

You can start using the club facilties upon receiving the membership approval confirmation email. You will be able to login to the members’ portal to access your virtual membership card. Supplementary membership cards are virtual. If you require physical supplementary membership card/s, a card fee of $10 is applicable.

How long do I have to wait for my CSC Membership card?

Your CSC membership card will be mailed out to you within 3 working days after you received our email confirmation. You will receive the card within 14 working days.

Can I cancel or transfer my membership?

Membership is strictly not transferable and there will be no refund for membership fees made in advance.

What if my membership card is damaged, lost or stolen?

If your membership card is lost or stolen, you may inform membership@csc.sg

To replace membership card, you can either do at any Clubhouse front office or through member's portal. An admin fee of $10 is applicable for each card.

What is myMember ID and reset Password?

• Step 2: Enter your Email Address and Date of Birth, click ‘Submit’
• Step 3: You should receive your Member ID via email.

Is there any complimentary parking for CSC Members?

The Club do not provide complimentary parking. Members can enjoy member’s rate parking in all Clubhouses.

What do I need to provide to register my vehicle?

Members need to provide the vehicle number and IU number (10 digits). Click here to register your vehicle.

How do I register or change my vehicle to enjoy member’s parking rates for all Clubhouses? Can I register second (2nd) vehicle to enjoy member’s parking rate?

Each Member can register one (1) vehicle to enjoy members parking rate at all Clubhouses. If member wish to register a second (2nd) vehicle, an annual fee of $30 is applicable. Payment for 2nd vehicle can be done at any Clubhouse Front Office.

Note: Members’ parking rate is effective 24 hours after update. Car decal can be collected at any of our Clubhouse Front Office, from 9am to 8.30pm daily.

Public Service Officers are not automatically registered as members of the club. Public Service Officers can join the Ordinary Term Membership at $72 per annum. You will enjoy 120 days advance booking and member's rate for chalets. Refer to point no. 6 to see the savings.
