3-ON-3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
The Tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the games as approved by the International Amateur Basketball Federation and Basketball Association of Singapore.
6-A-SIDE HOCKEY TOURNAMENT
The Tournament will be conducted under the present rules of the game of hockey and regulations of the Singapore Hockey Federation as well as the rules and regulations laid down by the Civil Service Club.
The Tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the existing laws of the game as laid down by F.A.S.
9-PIN TAP BOWLING COMPETITION
The Competition is open to all civil servants and public officers serving in statutory boards, institutions of higher learning and government-aided schools and corporatised/privatised organisations of the Government whose shares are not public-listed.

The Tournament shall be governed by these Rules and Regulations and shall be played in accordance with FIFA/FAS laws of the game.
BADMINTON TOURNAMENT
The Championship will be conducted under the present rules of the Singapore Badminton Association.
BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
The Tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the game as approved by the International Amateur Basketball Federation and the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service STAR Games.
BEACH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
The existing Rules & Regulations used by the Volleyball Association of Singapore (VAS) will be adopted in the Tournament except that there will not be any front or back row classification. Each player must take turn to serve.
CHESS COMPETITION
The Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the World Chess Federation (FIDE) Law of Chess and supplemented by the following rules.
CHINESE CHESS COMPETITION
The Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the game as approval by the Asia Chinese Chess Federation.
DARTS COMPETITION
The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the game as approved by the Singapore Darts Association.
PUBLIC SERVICE FUTSAL TOURNAMENT
The tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the Indoor Football (Futsal Soccer-5) Rules and Regulations
PUBLIC SERVICE GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP
The Championship will be conducted in accordance with the Rule of Golf as approved by USGA, the General STAR Games Rules, rules and regulations of the Public Service Golf Championship and the local rules of Orchid Country Club.
PUBLIC SERVICE MIXED NETBALL CARNIVAL
The tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the Netball Rules and Regulations

PUBLIC SERVICE POOL COMPETITION
The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the game as approved by the World Standardised Rules set by the World Pool Association and the Rules of the Public Service STAR Games.
PUBLIC SERVICE ROCK CLIMBING COMPETITION
The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the game and Rules of the Public Service STAR Games.
PUBLIC SERVICE SCRABBLE COMPETITION
The Competition will be conducted in accordance with the attached Technical Rules of the game.
PUBLIC SERVICE SEPAKTAKRAW TOURNAMENT
The Championship will be conducted under the competition rules approved by the Singapore Sepaktakraw Federation (PERSES).
PUBLIC SERVICE SNOOKER COMPETITION
The Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the game as approved by the International Billiards and Snooker Federation and the Rules of the Public Service STAR Games.
PUBLIC SERVICE SQUASH TOURNAMENT
The Tournament will be conducted under the present rules of the Singapore Squash Rackets Association.
PUBLIC SERVICE SWIMMING MEET
The Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the existing rules of the game and the Rules of the Public Service STAR Games.
PUBLIC SERVICE TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT
The Public Service Table Tennis Tournament will be conducted under the rules of the Singapore Table Tennis Association as well as the rules and regulations laid down by the Civil Service Club.
PUBLIC SERVICE TENNIS TOURNAMENT
The Public Service Tennis Tournament will be conducted under the Laws of Lawn Tennis as adopted by the ITF as well as the tournament rules and regulations laid down by Civil Service Club.
PUBLIC SERVICE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Volleyball Association of Singapore (VAS).
