• Enter CSC membership access code BKVQ07 with promo code "CSC60" on Online Store or flash your CSC Membership card or virtual card via CSC app at StarHub Shop to enjoy the $5 monthly rebate.
• $5 monthly rebate is valid for 12 consecutive months, thereafter, the prevailing monthly subscription will apply
