Terms & Conditions

 

  • Promotion is only applicable to main member who signs up or renew membership from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
  • The promo code is for one-time use for fresh booking between 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 after renewing or sign-up of membership. There is no refund if you already have a booking made before sign-up or renewing.
  • To Enjoy 20% OFF* your 1st chalet booking within the promotion period. Enter code: "FIRSTNEW" at checkout to redeem your 20% off.
  • The promotion is only valid for chalet bookings starting from 13 March 2024 to 31 December 2024.
  • The Chalet Stay period must be completed by 31 December 2024.
  • Blackout dates apply. Not applicable for super peak periods ie Eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays and Weekends of School Holidays.
  • Members can use both ""HAPPYBDAY" and "FIRSTNEW" promo code for two (2) separate bookings.
  • Once chalet booking is confirmed, strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions or privileges.
