CSC walk on 26 november 2013, over 250 public offcers took part in an
afternoon walk at the southern ridges for a healthy lifestyle and
to support the Fairprice Walk for rice. Gracing the walk was mr
@ Southern Lau chee chong, honorary treasurer of civil service club.

starting off at marang road and guided by marshals, participants
riDGeS strolled through the secondary forests of marang trail and mount
Faber Walk, enjoying the panoramic views of the coastal seas along
the way. crossing the henderson Waves, they proceeded to walk
through the telok blangah hill park and along the Forest Walks
raised walkways. the light drizzle provided cool relief and many
donned the ponchos issued by the organiser.

the 4.4 km route ended at the gardening hub of hortpark. there,
they collected their fun packs and took part in a lucky draw. it
was indeed a healthy and fun exercise for everyone after a hard
days work.
