How to Participate:
1. This event is open to adults of all ages. Children 7 years old and above are allowed to participate in the competition but must be supervised by adults.
2. This is a team competition, maximum 4 pax and minimum 2 pax per team.
3. Each team has to appoint a team leader as the point of contact.
4. Completed entry form can be submitted via email to rickyng@csc.sg or fax at 6292 6894 or to the Clubhouse front office.
5. Modes of Payment:

a. For CSC members - You can proceed to register and make payment for the event online (must use Internet Explorer):

b. For All - Payment can be made at the front office of CSC Bukit Batok, Tessensohn or Changi clubhouse (by cash, nETS or credit card). Operating
