From Although the end of the fnancial year 2013-14 is still a month away, the management is happy to announce
that all the fnancial objectives and targets for key performance indicators set for this year have already been
realised. our membership target of 30,000 ordinary members has been surpassed and we have witnessed
tHe more members and public offcers using the clubs facilities and participating in the clubs social activities.
All the planned upgrading of our facilities was completed on time and was well received by our members,
public offcers and their guests. the stAr games and healthy lifestyle activities also garnered more public
offcers participation. Financially, the club performed well. this is essential as we need to build up our
Gms fnancial reserves for the next lap, after investing a substantial sum in the changi clubhouse upgrading project.
Changi Clubhouse
desk the changi clubhouse upgrading project is slowly but surely shaping up. All the infrastructure works from
the accommodation zone to the shared facilities such as the swimming pool complex are on track for
completion. the heritage Zone, with alfresco dining, bar lounge, meeting room and the clubhouse reception,
is going through its fnishing touches before the interior design works commence. the recreation complex,
housing a chinese restaurant, a 20-lane bowling centre, two roof top tennis courts, Gym, spinning room,
Karaoke room and an underground car park, is structurally constructed. the framework of the four outdoor
sheltered bbQ pavilions is already built.
the operation of the poolside café, alfresco dining and bar lounge has already been awarded to an established
operator. Likewise, for the chinese restaurant at the recreation complex, we are fnalising the details with
an established operator that serves dim sum and cantonese cuisine. We are in the midst of selecting gym,
karaoke and bike and gym operators for the respective facilities. the softscape of the clubhouse will also
be beautifed with trees, fora and fauna that typify a coastal setting by our appointed operator. there is still
a number of infrastructural works that need to be completed but these are underway. the whole project is
targeted to complete by end August 2014.

accommodation Zone updates
in the coming issues of Fusion, i will be sharing more information on the various facilities offered at changi
clubhouse. this issue, i will kick off with an update on accommodation as many members are interested
to know more about the suites and villas. Also, see the artists impressions of the clubhouse in a two-page
spread (turn to pages 16 to 17).

the Accommodation Zone consists of a 4-storey chalet building that houses 16 single room suites, 4 double
room suites, 2 function rooms that can house about 30 paxs each, 4 mahjong rooms and 6 rooftop bbQ
grillers boasting a sea view. every suite comes with an attached toilet and a choice of either a king size bed
or two super single beds. each of the 5 double storey villas has 3 bedrooms, with attached toilets and bbQ
grillers. All the units, both chalets and villas, have a living room and mini kitchen facilities. All the master
bedrooms will be tastefully renovated and have a balcony with a sea view. All units will also feature free WiFi
for better connectivity and smart card key access for enhanced security. chalets and villas can be booked
online for members convenience and all that is left to do will be to pack your bags for a comfortable resort
stay, as all linens and toiletries are provided.
bukit batok Clubhouse
For those who have not used the tree house facilities at bukit batok clubhouse for your parties and get-
togethers in a while, you may want to revisit this place. the tree houses offer privacy for your gatherings in
a rustic setting at an affordable price. For the convenience of members, we have recently installed a nature
themed, eco-friendly toilet close to the tree houses.

Tessensohn Clubhouse
members who recently used the dance studio at tessensohn clubhouse for their wellness programmes
would have been pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the renovated studio. We have received very
good feedback from the organisers of these programmes and the participants. We look forward to organising
more activities in the dance studio.
