Details of SG50 Cook Off
                                                                                Schedule Details:
•	 Members can form a team of 3-4 with their friends or family.
•	 1 main dish and 1 dessert                                                    0900 – 0930        Registration for Batch 1 (10 teams)
•	 Registration will be based on submission of recipes.
•	 Top 20 teams will be selected to participate in the Cook Off at              0930 – 0945        Competition Briefing (Batch 1)

•	 Top 20 teams will be divided into two batches: batch 1 and batch 2.
                                                                                1100 – 1130        Registration for Batch 2 (10 teams)
      Team 1 – 10 will come in for the challenge first while Team 11 – 20 will
      come in at a later timing.                                                1100 – 1130        Judging and Photo Shoot
•	 Winners will be announced at the end of the competition.

Rules & Regulations
Things to take note of:
•	 You are required to prepare the same dish submitted in the contest entry. Allowed cooking time is strictly 1 hour and 15 minutes. Do not be late as there will be no extra time

       provided once the competition has started.
•	 The participants shall prepare:
	 - Main Dish - 5 person’s serving for display
	 - Judges - 3 person’s separate servings
•	 A “main station” will be set up at the centre of the hall which has items such as oils, sugar, herbs, spices, condiments. Participants are allowed to bring their own condiments if

       required.
•	 Basic cooking equipment, utensils and serving plates will be provided. Do bring along any plates or utensils which would help you in your plating and presentation of dish.
•	 Each participant will be provided with a disposable apron.
•	 You will be judged on the following criteria: Taste, Presentation, Creativity, Authenticity Of The Dish, Integration Of The Uniquely Singaporean Heritage Elements, Teamwork & Hygiene.
