Details of CSC Cooking Competition
•	 Form a team of 2-3 participants each. Only one entry per person or group is permitted.
•	 1 Healthy Main Dish and 1 Dessert to accompany the meal.
•	 Cost of dish. (No more than $30.00)
•	 Participating teams will be provided the basic seasonings such as: fine salt, light/dark soya sauce, pepper, sesame oil, white vinegar, sugar,

     oyster sauce and vegetable oil.
•	 Participating teams are allowed to bring along decorations and garnishes that must be edible.
•	 Top 10 teams will be selected to participate in the Cooking Competition at

     CSC Tessy Kitchen.
•	 Winners will be announced at the end of the competition.
•	 The judges’ decision is final.
