An agency is allowed to register players from other agencies. The agency registering the mixed-agency team must ensure that all the team members are eligible players. Sports Liaison Officers can register their teams at https://www.csc.sg/stargames/Event-Listing-Civil-Service-Club-Tournament-Registration. Closing date for online registration is Friday, 30 May 2025.  Details on the draw shall be made known to participating agencies after the closing date.

Participants in the Pickleball Challenge can register their family members to take part in the wide array of activities at the PSSFD. The activities include sports try-out, children games, inflatable bouncers and carnival activities. Family members need to be registered to obtain the free PSSFD QR code tickets. Details on the e-registration for family members will be announced in May 2025.
