The PSDBR 2026 is open only to civil servants and officers serving in Statutory Boards, Restructured Hospitals, Government-Aided Schools and employees of registered former Statutory Boards. The PSDBR 2026 shall comprise the following events:

a)         Public Service (Men)                -           12-crew dragon boat

b)         Public Service (Women)          -           12-crew dragon boat

c)         Public Service (Men’s Senior)  -           12-crew dragon boat

d)         Public Service (Active Agers)   -           12-crew dragon boat

e)         Public Service (Mixed)             -           12-crew dragon boat

Each agency is allowed to register a maximum of five (5) teams for each of the events.

A paddler is allowed to paddle for more than one team, only on different events. Double rooster is allowed across different events and not within the same event.  

Sports Liaison Officers can register their teams at https://www.csc.sg/stargames/Event-Listing-Civil-Service-Club-Tournament-Registration. Participation is free.  Closing date for online registration is Tuesday, 30 June 2026.  Team managers briefing will be on 7 July 2026, a M.S Teams link will be sent via email to confirmed team managers.
