The format of play shall be Double Knock-out.

Each tie shall comprise one Single and two Doubles matches. The team that wins majority of the 3 matches shall be the winner of the tie. A player is not allowed to play more than one match in each tie.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to change or merge the different categories, if necessary.

How to Register

Contact your Sports Liaison Officers / Convenors for registration. Registration of teams must be made online by keying players’ details directly into the portal or filling their details in the Excel registration template and then upload into the portal. All registration must be accompanied by online payment of $30 per team (excludes GST) registration fee (subject to prevailing GST rate) otherwise it will be void.

The online draw will be held on Friday, 4 September 2026 at 4.00pm. The MS Teams link will be sent to team captains of participating agencies after closing date.
