In the preliminary round, teams will play a round robin format in their respective groups. Teams will receive 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 point for a loss. Teams with equal points on completion of the round-robin round, will be placed in the following order:

• goal scored
• head-to-head
• goal different

Top teams from each group will qualify for the knock-out round.

How to Register

Contact your Sports Liaison Officers / Convenors for registration. Registration of teams must be made online by keying players’ details directly into the portal or filling their details in the Excel registration template and then upload into the portal. All registration must be accompanied by online payment of $18 per team (excludes GST) registration fee (subject to prevailing GST rate) otherwise it will be void.

The online draw will be held on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 4.00pm. The M.S Teams link will be sent to team captains of participating agencies after closing date.
