OPEN HOUSE

Swimming Pool Access

Public officers enjoy FREE access to Civil Service Club swimming pools on Open House days

1. Valid for both Ordinary Term members and public officers.
2. Public officers must present their civil service card or agency staff pass at the pool counter for access.
3. Public officers may sign in up to 3 guests. Guests are to pay prevailing guest rates at the pool counter.
4. Subject to pool capacity during walk-in, during Open House on 4 July (CSC @ Bukit Batok), 11 July (CSC @ Changi) and 18 July (CSC @ Tessensohn).

Sports Fun at Civil Service Club

Public officers enjoy free access via booking with limited time usage per booking for Pickleball courts / Badminton courts/ Tennis courts during Open House days

1. Valid for both Ordinary Term members and public officers.
2. Valid via walk-in only, during Open House on 4 July (CSC @ Bukit Batok), and 18 July (CSC @ Tessensohn).
3. A total of two pickleball courts will be reserved exclusively for public officers during the open house.
4. Public officers must submit their interest for the date & time slot via Gov Entry HERE and present the confirmation email in person with their civil service card or agency staff pass at the counter for verification and access.
5. Paid bookings made on the day of open house by public Officer are strictly non-refundable.
6. Usage is limited to a maximum of one hour per booking.
7. Availability and bookings will be managed on-site at the front office.

Bowling fun at Planet Bowl and Westwood Bowl

Public officers enjoy CSC members’ rate at Planet Bowl and Westwood Bowl

1. Valid for both Ordinary Term members and public officers.
2. Valid via walk-in only, during Open House on 4 July (CSC @ Bukit Batok), and 18 July (CSC @ Tessensohn).
3. Public officers must email planetbowl@csc.sg (CSC @ Tessensohn) or westwoodbowl@csc.sg (CSC @ Bukit Batok) and present the confirmation email in person with their civil service card or agency staff pass at the bowling counter to enjoy CSC members’ rate.
4. Subject to lane availability during walk-in. Registration does not confirm any booking of lanes.
5. Not applicable with other promotions.

Treehouse @ Bukit Batok

Public officers/ CSC members enjoy 20% OFF Treehouse booking at CSC @ Bukit Batok

1. Valid for both Ordinary Term members and public officers.
2. Public officers and CSC members must email to bukitbatok@csc.sg to make their booking. Closing date for booking will be 10 working days before the open house. The booking is not completed until payment is made, and confirmation email from CSC is generated.
3. Valid via walk-in only, during Open House on 4 July at CSC @ Bukit Batok.

BBQ Pavilion @ Changi

Public officers/ CSC members enjoy 20% OFF BBQ Pavilion booking at CSC @ Changi

1. Public service officers must email to changi@csc.sg to make their booking. The booking is not completed until payment is made, and confirmation email from CSC is generated.

3. Valid for off-peak and peak (Mon to Sun) bookings between 1 to 31 July 2026.

Membership Promotion

Public officers enjoy up to 33% discount the longer they sign-up or renew for Ordinary Term, Ordinary (Retired) and NCSS Membership.

1. Ordinary Term membership is only applicable to active public officers.
2. Ordinary (Retired) membership is only applicable to retired public officers. Applicants will need to submit their retirement letter for verification.
3. NCSS membership is only applicable to full-time staff of any Social Service Organisation under NCSS.
4. This promotion is applicable for new and renewal of membership from 1 to 31 July 2026.
5. Applicants will need to provide their staff pass for verification.
6. Valid for both walk-in and online applications. For online application, enter the respective discount code at the payment page to enjoy the discount.
