GAMING ROOM
1. Only registered members shall be permitted to enter and use the Gaming Room.
Upon entry, a registered member shall swipe his/her membership card and
Physical Photo ID issued by the Government at the Security counter. Any
member who refuses to do so shall not be permitted to enter the Gaming Room.
2. Any registered member found abusing the Gaming machines will be asked to
leave the Gaming Room. The repair of the machines resulting from such abuse
shall be paid by the member responsible. The amount shall be assessed by the
Management whose decision shall be final.
3. Any person below the age of 21 years is strictly not permitted to enter the
Gaming Room. The Management shall have the right to require any person
seeking entry into the Gaming Room to produce satisfactory proof of his or her
age.
4. Photography, cinematography or the use of any device to capture or record any
still or moving images of any kind whatsoever is strictly prohibited in the Gaming
Room.
5. The Management may suspend the operation of the Gaming Room at any time
without assigning any reason.
6. The authorised staff or security officer reserves the right to request any person
found using unnecessary force on the machines to leave the Gaming Room.
7. All jackpots are paid according to the pay table displayed on the Gaming
Machine. Any excess or freak payment resulting from the malfunction of the
machine shall belong to the Club. The player is entitled only to what is shown on
the machine.
8. A member is allowed to play only one machine at a time.
9. No reservation of a machine is allowed. Breaks of up to a maximum of 10
minutes while playing a machine shall be allowed provided such breaks are for
the purposes of:
a) Changing of notes at the cashier’s counter within the Gaming Room or
b) Visiting the Club’s restrooms.
c) Machine left idling for more than 10 minutes are deemed to be abandoned
and the Club reserves the right to remove the remaining credits therein.
