10. Only Singapore currency shall be used.

11. The Club reserves the right to discontinue the use of any machine at any time
without assigning any reason.

12. Registered members must login their membership cards at the card reader in the
Gaming machines at all times during play, failing which they will not be entitled to
any progressive jackpots claim.

13. A jackpot claim shall be settled by cash, up to a maximum of $10,000. The
balance of the claim shall be settled by bank transfer within 7 days.

14. No Alcoholic drinks and food brought from outside are to be consumed in the
Gaming Machine Room.

15. Complimentary titbits, biscuits and drinks provided in the Gaming Machine Room
are meant for players’ consumption within the Gaming Machine Room only.

16. No exchange of cheques for cash over the cashier counter is allowed.

17. Members are advised not to leave their valuables unattended. The Management
will not be held responsible for any loss.

18. The operating hours of the Gaming Machine Room shall be as per displayed at
the entrance of the Gaming Machine Room.

19. The membership card is also used as stored value card for play at the Gaming
Machine Room.

20. All winnings from the Gaming machines will be transferred onto the card to cash-
out in the Gaming Machine Room or on expiry of membership.

21. All jackpot credits stored in the card are valid for 12 months upon
expiry/termination of membership. Members are responsible for the full
redemption (cash out) of the stored credits before the expiry of their
membership. Any credits not redeemed will be forfeited.

22. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be given to registered members.
They shall not disclose the PIN to any other person and should change the PIN
from time to time for security reasons. They will not earn any interest on any
funds loaded in your card.
