11. The activities/events are subject to change without prior notice and the Club
reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. The Club will make every effort possible to keep instructors consistent, however,
due to unforeseen circumstances, instructors may change without prior notice.
WITHDRAWAL OF ACTIVITIES
1. Absence from activities does not indicate withdrawal.
2. No withdrawals for registered activities will be permitted once the course
commences.
3. No withdrawals before the course commences will be permitted without the
Club’s agreement.
REFUNDS
1. No refund will be entertained upon confirmation of registration either by fax,
mail or email, telephone or any other electronic means.
CANCELLATION
1. The Management reserves the right to cancel or withdraw or postpone a
course/workshop or any social activity that has been scheduled. Prior notice
of no less than 7 days shall be given to registered participants.
