9. Members, their spouses, children and guests should take a shower and use the
footbath before entering the Jacuzzi(s).

PART V : SOCIAL ACTIVITIES BYE – LAWS

GENERAL

1. Social activities are open to all Members.

2. Any Member may bring guests to join the social activities on payment of such
fees as prescribed by the Management from time to time. Members are
responsible for the conduct of the guests.

3. Any parent, spouse or child who is not a Supplementary Member may join the
social activities as a guest and pay the prevailing fees.

4. Outside food and / or drinks are not permitted in the activities held within the
Club.

5. Registration of activities is on first-come-first served basis.

6. Applications must be accompanied by payment in full. No pro-rated payment
allowed.

7. The personal data collected may be used by Civil Service Club and its partners
for the purpose of event registration, statistics compilation and analysis.

8. Photographs taken at events organised by Civil Service Club may be used on
the Club’s Website, social media, marketing materials and publications.

9. All participants of the Club’s events are to give consent to photographing, video
recording and its/their release or reproduction by Civil Service Club and its
affiliates.

10. Civil Service Club and its service providers will not be liable for any claims of
damages, injuries or death howsoever arising from the participation of the
activities.
