WALK, jog or run at your own pace as you have fun and enjoy the morning sea
breeze along Changi coast! Whether you sweat it out or do a light workout, you
can look forward to a rewarding breakfast with us. Come and join the CSC Changi
Runners at Changi Beach Park Car Park One, every first and third Saturday of the
month (excluding public holidays) at 8am for a great way to boost your health.
Running is a simple basic activity. Our experienced runners are happy
to share their secrets to a better and safer running experience. With a little Club of CSC Changi Runners
more practice, you may see yourself running better, faster and/or at longer
distances!

2D1N Running Trip To Pengerang
Changi Runners will be organising a trip for interested CSC members (limited
to a maximum of 24 runners). You will get to jog from Pengerang Jetty to Sungei
Rengit (18km) and then jog around and discover the kampong (5km) the next day
before checking out. The trips highlights include a delicious seafood dinner, local
hawker food and a chance to explore the town!
Date: Saturday to Sunday, 21 to 22 Sep 13
Time: Meet at 7am and arrive in Singapore at 1pm
Fee: $22 return boat ride; 1-night stay at a 3-bedroom air-con apartment(s) to
be shared by participants (approximately $10 per person). A vehicle will be
provided to carry personal belongings and drinks Running at our own pace

rules & regulations
1. Tie breaker: In the event of a tie, the highest scratch game bowler will be the tie breaker.
2. Handicaps: 20 pins for all women, 20 pins for students below 18 years old, 10 pins for seniors 60 years old and above and 5 pins for
seniors 50 years old and above.
3. The Organising Committee reserves the right to make a final decision on any matters arising not covered here.
