entertainment! Toast to a year of fortune and prosperity with a lo hei dinner at CSC. The
eight-course dinner includes Lucky Raw Fish, Fish Maw with Crab Meat, Crispy Roasted Chicken,
Stewed Pork Trotter, Thai Style Steamed Live Sea Bass, Fried Mixed Vegetable, Fried Rice with
Dried Scallop in Lotus Leaf and Yam Paste with Gingko Nut.
