Want an activity that can relax your mind and let you indulge in your creative fair? chinese
ink painting is your answer! in this eight-week course, you will:
get to appreciate the beauty of chinese ink paintings and understand how they differ
from Western paintings
Learn the art of traditional ink painting and practise lines, shapes and grey shadows. then,
discover how to achieve a contrast between black, grey and white as well as add colours
to create unique masterpieces
understand how chinese artists envision their subjects and the principles and rules they
follow when painting them
Learn to use the same basic brush strokes to create subjects such as bamboos, orchids, ChIneSe
lotus fowers and plum blossoms
