Put on your dancing shoes and let loose with Zumba! A cardio dance programme which
incorporates basic Latin dance moves with resistance exercises, Zumba also includes foor
work, circuit training in some sessions and a good mixture of effective aerobic moves. You
can burn a lot of calories and get a dancers body!
