its going to be a night of fun and delicious indulgence at csc. the eight-course spread will
feature a cold combination platter, double-boiled chicken soup with pear, crispy roasted
chicken, fried prawn with wasabi sauce, steamed sea bass with bean crumb, hainan mixed
vegetables, fried rice with dried scallop in lotus leaf and longan beancurd jelly. there will also
be plenty of entertainment, games and a lucky draw!
