8. Guest fees are applicable if members bring their parents, spouses and children
(excluding children up to 3 years of age), who are not Supplementary members,
to use the Clubhouse Facilities. Principal member must be present to sign them
in as Guests.
9. Members shall be responsible for the proper conduct and behaviour of, all debts
incurred and/or any damages caused by their parents, spouses, and children. If
a member's spouse or child should be unruly or his behaviour and conduct
cause annoyance to other members, he may be asked to leave the Clubhouse
premises by any Executive Committee Member or the Management.
MEMBERSHIP CHECKS
10. Members (including Supplementary Members) must produce their membership
cards (physical or virtual) when requested to do so by any Executive Committee
Member or the Management.
11. Membership cards (physical or virtual) are not transferable and must be returned
to the Membership Department on termination of membership or resignation from
the Public Service.
GUESTS
12. Members, including supplementary members (spouse and parents only) shall be
entitled to introduce up to 3 guests at any one time to the Club; provided that no
person who has been expelled as a member of the Club or who has been
declared by the Executive Committee as unsuitable to be introduced as a guest
shall be introduced as a guest. Members introducing guests are required to
remain with their guests at the Club and shall be responsible for the proper
conduct and behaviour of, debts incurred and damages caused by their guests.
Supplementary Members shall be permitted to introduce guests during off-peak
periods. Guest fees shall be payable for the use of facilities at the prevailing rate
or any such rates as prescribed by the Committee from time to time.
13. Any member introducing a guest shall be responsible for the observance by his
guest of the Rules and Bye-Laws of the Club. Disciplinary action may be taken
against any member whose guests infringe the Bye-Laws or Rules of the Club.
14. Members introducing guests are required to remain with their guests at the Club
and shall be responsible for the proper conduct and behaviour of, debts incurred
and damages caused by their guests.
