SUPPLEMENTARY MEMBERS

               5.  Supplementary  Members  refer  to  the  parents,  parents-in-law,  spouse  and
                  unmarried children between the ages of 5 and 21, of the Principal Member. They
                  shall  cease  to  be  Supplementary  Members  if  their  Principal  Members  resign  or
                  cease to be members of the Civil Service Club. One-time payment of a card fee
                  per  supplementary  member  and  the  sum  shall  be  determined  by  the  Executive
                  Committee from time to time.

               ORDINARY MEMBERS (RETIRED)

               6. Members who opted for the former retiree membership scheme @ $18 per annum
                  shall  remain  as  members.  All  other  retirees  from  the  public  service  will  join  as
                  Ordinary Members (Retired). They shall pay a yearly subscription at a rate to be
                  decided from time to time by the Executive Committee.

               ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

               7. Any Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident may be enrolled as an Associate
                  Member. The annual subscription payable shall be determined by the Executive
                  Committee from time to time. Associate Members shall have no voice in the affairs
                  and Management of the Club.

               SOCIAL MEMBERS

               8. Any person who is not an Ordinary or Associate Member and who is over 21 years
                  of  age  and  resides  in  Singapore  shall  be  eligible  for  admission  as  a  Social
                  Member.

               SUBSCRIPTION

               9a. PAYMENT

                    Membership fees must be paid in advance based on the term signed for. There
                    shall be no refund of fees should members decide to terminate their membership
                    before  the  term  is  completed.  For  members  under  payroll  deduction  (old
                    scheme), it will be deducted via their salary monthly.

               b. FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT

                  (i)  The Executive Committee may in its discretion levy a fine on any member who
                      fails to make payment as requested.
