Looking to get f t fast? FitBox is your answer! This is a simple, effective yet thrilling workout!
Taught by f tness instructor Alex, FitBox is a 60-minute programme that helps you build cardio
health, develop muscular strength and burn off unwanted fats. A typical session includes 10
minutes of warm-up, 30 minutes of boxing drills and pad work, 15 minutes of resistance and
core training as well as f ve minutes of cool-down. Get up on your feet and experience real
kickboxing. Burn up to 1,000 calories per session! Your instructor Alex is certif ed by FISAF for
Personal Training & Group Exercise. He is a Level 3 Pure Krav Maga Instructor and an avid boxer.
