Participants will rediscover ways of self-expressions that are creative, uplifting and free. Using a mixture of body work, dance exercises and guided improvisation, this class will empower participants with new movements that can help them overcome emotional limitations, connect mind and body, and develop strength, coordination and agility. Specially-designed group dance activity will also introduce experiences of human connection in an atmosphere that is safe and supportive.
