CSC Online Piloxing workout with Jeni Lim

Piloxing is a group exercise class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It's a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. The instructor is Jeni Lim, an Aerobics Fitness Association of America certified Group Exercise Instructor.  She is also a certified Bootcamp trainer and is one of the few ELITE STAR Piloxing coach in Singapore having passed the strict assessment by Piloxing Academy in USA.
