CSC Online Piloxing workout with Jeni Lim

Piloxing is a group exercise class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It's a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. The instructor is Jeni Lim, an Aerobics Fitness Association of America certified Group Exercise Instructor.  She is also a certified Bootcamp trainer and is one of the few ELITE STAR Piloxing coach in Singapore having passed the strict assessment by Piloxing Academy in USA.

Practical eating tips to prevent chronic lifestyle diseases for busy office folks, frequent travelers and road warriors, and those that dine out often in Singapore are also emphasized.

Stress and anxiety is common in our modern living. Learning and trying out various self-care techniques to relax and release tension is going to come in handy in the uncertain time.
Participants will be guided through practical techniques to relax and refresh their mind and emotion. The relaxation technique is going to help them relieve the tension in the body and sleep better too.

In this talk, the speaker, Dr Tan Hong Yee, will touch on what we know about dementia and treatment options. Terms of symptomatic and behavioral changes will also be discussed.
