Aikido at Bukit Batok

Practitioners of the class will obtain knowledge and skills that will enable them to defend themselves against an opponent of superior size and strength through the use of smooth, fluid and circular movements.

The class also aims to help adults and children to better manage stress, violence or even school and work-related issues with a calm, peaceful and a more harmonious approach/mindset. In addition to health and fitness benefits, Aikido’s philosophy and practice foster development of character such as self-confidence, discipline, respect, and a sense of care and concern for one another.

Classes are opened to public to join.

Classes are on every Sunday only.

Traditional Taekwondo at Bukit Batok

Conducted by Mater Aaron Huan who is a holder of a 6th Dan Black belt and a Master Instructor and Examiner. Master Aaron has more than 30 years of experience in Martial ARts and self defence training.

Traditional Taekwondo at Tessensohn

Conducted by Head coach/trainer Master Albert, who holds a 5th Dan Black Belt, Master Instructor and Grading Examiner. He has over 30 years of experience in Traditional Taekwondo as well.

Wing Chun

Wing Chun is suitable for all age, gender, fitness and experience levels.

Anyone who is new to martial arts and have never done any kind of physical activity, to experienced martial artists who want to learn Wing Chun's skill and philosophy to complement their martial arts knowledge.

Someone who is looking to improving their health and mental well-being; as a form of sport or exercise, someone who is looking for a practical self-defence system.

No classes on PH.
