Wing Chun is suitable for all age, gender, fitness and experience levels.
Anyone who is new to martial arts and have never done any kind of physical activity, to experienced martial artists who want to learn Wing Chun's skill and philosophy to complement their martial arts knowledge.
Someone who is looking to improving their health and mental well-being; as a form of sport or exercise, someone who is looking for a practical self-defence system.
