How do I register and make payment for social events?

Please make your payment via the below methods:

  1. CSC members may proceed to register and make payment for the event via this link Internet explorer only* not google chrome
  2. For Public Officers or Guests, you may register and make payment (cash, Nets or Credit Card) at the front office of either CSC Bukit Batok or Tessensohn clubhouse. Operating Hours: 9am – 8:45pm Daily
  3. For Cheque payment, please indicate your full name, NRIC, contact no. email address, DOB and the activity you are participating. Cheque payable to: Civil Service Club Address: 60 Tessensohn Road, Singapore 217664 ATTN: (Person in charge), Social

I am a member but my friend is not, can I sign up for him/her?

For online registration and payment, members may sign up for their guest only if they are participating in the event as well. Otherwise, member’s guests are encouraged to make payment at any of our clubhouse front office.

I am a member, can I book a class/workshop for my friend under my name??

Member’s fees are strictly for members only. Public officers and guests have to pay different fees.

I am not a member, can I still participate in the class?

Yes, you can proceed to any of our front office and make payment for the class. You will be paying the Public Officer or Guest’s rate.

What happens if the social event is cancelled or postponed?

For social events that are cancelled, participants will receive notification through sms or email; a refund will be made to the participant. For social events that are postponed, participants will be notified of the new date of class by sms or email.

How will I receive my refund?

If you have made payment by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card. Please check your credit card statement at the end of the month.

If your payment is by cash, cheque or nets, you will be receiving the refund by cheque. Kindly email your cheque payee name and address to the respective event manager.

Is replacement allowed if I am unable to attend?

Replacement can only be allowed if the session is cancelled or postponed by CSC.

Is withdrawal allowed after I have made payment for the class?

Withdrawal is not allowed after payment.

Is proration of fees allowed if I am unable to make it for one of the class?

No proration of fees is allowed.

When can I receive a confirmation of the class after I have made payment?

We will send a confirmation sms or email 3-7 days before the event date.

How do I feedback on a social event that I just attended?

Is reservation allowed for social events?

Successful registration is by successful payment only. Please make your payment to confirm your slot.
