Instructor Alex Kim (Black Belt 3rd Dan)
Alex Kim started Karate training in 1997 and has been an assistant instructor in a few dojos over the years after obtaining Shodan (Kyokushin) in 2005. He also helped in co-organised local tournaments and Asia tournaments as Official or Side Judge. He received his Nidan (Shinkyokushin) in July 2016 & continues to pursue his training as an instructor who focuses on basic (Kihon) training to ensure the students have the correct foundations. He took his Sandan grading last August 2023 & received his certification in Jan 2024. He hopes his students will be able to attain the skills and techniques of self-defence through Karate training.
